The trial of 40yr old, housewife, Julie Elizabeth Harper, who pleaded not guilty to the murder of her 39-year-old husband while their children played downstairs, has been delayed from April until June 2014 at the request of the defense.
If you recall, the crime occurred back in August of 2012 when Jason Harper was found dead of a single gunshot wound, in the master bedroom of the couple’s Carlsbad home.
On February 24, the judge issued a “no contact order” to Julie Harper, directing her not to communicate by phone nor to send packages nor otherwise contact Lina and Homer Harper, the parents of the deceased.
